5.1 List of Prohibited Activities

5.2 Consequences of Violations

5.3 Technical Errors

10.2 After Account Closure

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining provisions; the rest of the terms will remain in full force.

12.3 Language

The Bengali version of these terms is authoritative. In the event of any ambiguity between a translation and the original Bengali version, the Bengali version will prevail.
